Our specialist knowledge in complete bathrooms installations comes from number of projects where we challenged various architectural limitations, lack of structural integrity of the walls and floors, poor finishes quality.

The most shocking & most needed in every bathroom and shower are lack of reliable ventilation resulting high condensation and dampness due to poor water tightness around ceramic, washing equipment, or inappropriate materials used for such a demanding areas. Tenement properties become the one where risk of extensive pre-installation works after strip out is clearly visible usually required. From the other side, modern development use quick setting building materials, inexperienced building trade apprentice being set to profit only.

WE KNOW HOW TO DESIGN YOUR BATHROOM

If you can get a window or another source of natural light into your bathroom design then you should do, but if you cannot then it doesn’t mean that your design will be a dead loss. I have a number of tricks up me sleeves that will stop your new en-suite or guest bathroom from being an embarrassing, dark and depressing place

The first thing We need to work out is good ventilation. This is even more important than light. You will need at least one wall to be an outside one, or vent up through the roof. The more work you have to do to get air in and out of the room the more it will cost, but this is just a matter of the work that will have to be done to get a vent to fresh air. Ill make sure You got ventilation fan good enough to prevent mould to build up in your new shower or bathroom.

Once ventilation is sorted then think about light. If you have a small space with no windows then you should consider install a small skylight or be prepared to get creative with both lighting and décor. Spotlights and down-lights are what you need here, rather than harsh strip lighting. Soft light and paintwork will create the feel of space and luxury in these rooms as much as the fixtures and fittings.

Where is no window we may create the illusion of both : open space and light by the use of large mirrors or mirror tiles. We shel use colours not patterns enlarging any areas.

Good storage is always a must for a bathroom towels and cleaning products as well as mirrored cabinet for make-up or shaving. Fitting cloths hooks and on wall accessories will clear floor and organise room to be more functional.
